To avoid disappointment or misunderstanding, please read the following information prior to attending your event:
• We require a valid Credit Card number and date of expiration to hold an event reservation.
• Your credit card will be charged the day of the reservation unless cash or check is provided.
• Events cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event date will result in a cancellation fee (15 of $22.84 x the total reserved number) Charge to the Credit Card provided.
• Please call us with your final count two days prior to your event date. We charge for final confirmation number.
• We begin service in a timely manner to allow for plenty of gift opening/visiting time. Please ask your guests to arrive and depart within the specified 2 & ¬‡ hour reserved time. We do charge $50.00 per additional ¬‡ hour.
• Host/Hostess may arrive 15 minutes early to place favors etc. on the tables.
• Please advise us in advance of any special needs for the event. Guests ordering additional food or beverages during the event will be charged at that time unless host/hostess advises in advance.
• If you wish to provide wine/champagne the corkage fee is $10.00 per bottle.
• If you wish to provide an additional dessert a $1.00 per person charge for cutting & serving will apply.
